H.O.S BEAUTY & ART LIMITED provides digital creative services, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

    User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Technical Consulting and Digital Strategy.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Each project will be governed by a separate Project Proposal<\/b> or Statement of Work (SOW)<\/b> which outlines the specific deliverables, estimated timelines, and total costs.<\/p>\n

    2. Client Obligations<\/h3>\n

    To ensure project success and timely delivery, the Client agrees to:<\/p>\n

      Provide all necessary branding assets, text content, and imagery in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Provide necessary administrative access to hosting, domain registrars, or third-party APIs as required for project deployment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Provide feedback on project milestones within the timeframe agreed upon in the SOW.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Intellectual Property & Ownership<\/h3>\n

        Client Materials:<\/b> You retain all rights to any trademarks, copyrights, or data you provide to us for the project.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        The Final Product:<\/b> Upon receipt of final payment<\/b>, the ownership of the final website design and custom-developed code is transferred to the Client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proprietary Tools:<\/b> We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary frameworks, or “know-how” used to build the site. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these elements as part of your specific project.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Portfolio Rights:<\/b> Unless otherwise agreed in a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we reserve the right to display the completed project and your logo in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Fees and Payment Terms<\/h3>\n

          Deposit:<\/b> A non-refundable deposit (as specified in your proposal) is required before any work commences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Final Payment:<\/b> The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the website being launched on a live domain or the final files being handed over.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Suspension:<\/b> We reserve the right to suspend work or remove access to staging environments if payments are more than 14 days overdue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Third-Party Integrations<\/h3>\n

          We often integrate third-party services (e.g., WordPress plugins, Shopify, AWS, Google Analytics).<\/p>\n

            We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or policy changes of these third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Costs for third-party licenses, hosting, or domain renewals are the sole responsibility of the Client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Post-Launch Support & Liability<\/h3>\n

              Warranty Period:<\/b> We provide a 30-day “Bug-Fix” period after the site launch to ensure the site functions as agreed in the SOW.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Maintenance:<\/b> After the hand-over, the Client is responsible for regular software updates, security patches, and backups unless a separate Maintenance Agreement<\/b> is signed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Limitation of Liability:<\/b> H.O.S BEAUTY & ART LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from the use of the website or third-party server failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Governing Law<\/h3>\n

              These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus<\/b>. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nicosia, Cyprus.<\/p>\n
