Welcome to studiohos.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the professional development and creative services provided by H.O.S BEAUTY & ART LIMITED (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

H.O.S BEAUTY & ART LIMITED provides digital creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design and Development.

  • User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design.

  • Technical Consulting and Digital Strategy.

Each project will be governed by a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) which outlines the specific deliverables, estimated timelines, and total costs.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure project success and timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary branding assets, text content, and imagery in a timely manner.

  • Provide necessary administrative access to hosting, domain registrars, or third-party APIs as required for project deployment.

  • Provide feedback on project milestones within the timeframe agreed upon in the SOW.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Client Materials: You retain all rights to any trademarks, copyrights, or data you provide to us for the project.

  • The Final Product: Upon receipt of final payment, the ownership of the final website design and custom-developed code is transferred to the Client.

  • Proprietary Tools: We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary frameworks, or “know-how” used to build the site. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these elements as part of your specific project.

  • Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we reserve the right to display the completed project and your logo in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (as specified in your proposal) is required before any work commences.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the website being launched on a live domain or the final files being handed over.

  • Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend work or remove access to staging environments if payments are more than 14 days overdue.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We often integrate third-party services (e.g., WordPress plugins, Shopify, AWS, Google Analytics).

  • We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or policy changes of these third parties.

  • Costs for third-party licenses, hosting, or domain renewals are the sole responsibility of the Client.

6. Post-Launch Support & Liability

  • Warranty Period: We provide a 30-day “Bug-Fix” period after the site launch to ensure the site functions as agreed in the SOW.

  • Maintenance: After the hand-over, the Client is responsible for regular software updates, security patches, and backups unless a separate Maintenance Agreement is signed.

  • Limitation of Liability: H.O.S BEAUTY & ART LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from the use of the website or third-party server failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nicosia, Cyprus.
